The 2000 Special Edition wrapped the NB in warm Mahogany Mica, parchment leather, and a matching parchment top, a combination that feels more like a hand-finished roadster than an everyday sports car. Mazda produced 3,000 for the U.S., each with polished 15-inch alloy wheels and the appearance package with fog lights.

Looks very stock except for some sort of kill switch (?) installed on the driver side well - not sure what it does. The exhaust may be aftermarket which is a great 'safety' feature. There is also a luggage rack installed.
